What can you help us build?
We build business websites, web and mobile apps, customer systems, automations and enquiry workflows. We also help improve website content and search visibility.
What will I receive in the free three-step plan?
We will suggest one useful improvement for your business, explain how it could work and outline the first step. It is a starting point for discussion, with no commitment to a paid project.
How much does a project cost?
Published starting prices are listed on the service pages. The final price depends on the scope and integrations. We send a proposal with the included work, schedule and expected running costs before you decide.
How long will the work take?
A small website or chatbot may take one to two weeks. An app or connected business system usually takes several weeks or more. We confirm the timeline after reviewing the requirements and the content you can provide.
Do I need a detailed brief or technical knowledge?
No. Tell us what you want to improve, who will use it and what you currently do. We will help turn that into a clear scope and explain the decisions in plain language.
Can you improve an existing website or app?
Yes. We review what you have, identify the parts worth keeping and agree on the changes before starting.
Can you work with our current tools?
We check which integrations your tools support and explain any limits or extra costs. You do not need to switch to HubSpot or another particular platform to work with us.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
We agree when the system can act, when it needs approval and when a person should take over. Your team can review its answers and adjust what it is allowed to do.
Will a new website or email campaign guarantee sales?
No. Results depend on the audience, offer, content, website and follow-up. We help you measure replies, enquiries and recorded outcomes so you can see where improvements are needed.
Can you guarantee search rankings or AI citations?
No. We improve website content, accessibility and technical foundations, then report on progress. Search engines and AI services decide which sources appear in their results.
How do payments work?
The proposal sets out the phases and the price for each one. Our Terms describe payment before each phase and review before proceeding to the next. The agreed statement of work defines your project details.
Will we own the work?
The project agreement covers ownership of paid custom work. Existing tools and third-party components keep their own licences. The handover includes the agreed source code, access and documentation.
What if we need to change the scope?
We explain the effect on cost and timing, and ask you to approve significant changes in writing before we work on them.
What support is available after launch?
We provide the handover and bug warranty described in the project agreement. Ongoing maintenance, monitoring or new features can be covered by a separate support arrangement.
Can we discuss a confidential project?
Yes. Let us know before sharing sensitive details so we can agree confidentiality requirements and, where needed, an NDA.
Do you work outside the Philippines?
Yes. We work remotely and agree how to handle meetings, feedback and progress updates across time zones.
